We believe God is fully revealed in the Jesus of the Bible. We like to say, “if you want to know what God is like, look atJesus.” Inside of a relationship with Him, God transforms us into the image ofJesus while maintaining our uniqueness as well. We are all under construction and in need to of God’s daily power and presence. We believe faith in Jesus begins a life that extends into eternity with God and all who trusted Him. We believe the church exists to help people meet and follow Jesus. We seek to expressGod’s direction given in Micah 6:8, “Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” We welcome all to join us on the journey to and with God!
Small Groups meet outside of the Sunday/church building environment and are a great way to build healthy relationships with others, no matter what stage of life you’re in. Men, women, couples, young adults, long-time follower of Jesus or curious skeptic with serious questions, we have a group that will help you connect with others and grow
VIEW SMALL GROUPSAt Washington Heights, we’re dedicated to providing every member of your family with a meaningful, age-appropriate space to connect and grow! Our offerings begin with WHC Kidz for children in 3rd grade and under, then move to the 456 Zone for 4th to 6th graders. Next, we have JR High for 7th to 9th graders, and finally, our SR High School group caters to 10th to 12th graders.
